First Album: doesn't really count as I just listened to what the older brothers and sisters played, I'm afraid there was a LOT of Bon Jovi (when they were listenable), Meat Loaf and yes, Status Quo (Twelve Gold Bars, not really an album of course). I do recall paying for an INXS _cassette_ around the late 80s early 90s, but not sure which one. First Gig: I guess irish folk and traditional doesn't count but since I'm already in the cultural mierda, I will confess to going with a group of lads at school to see Belinda Carlisle... I did and still like the a-ha song, but I have no excuses for the rest....
