I agree! Adkins in now! I know Huddersfield have money and they want him but surely he would be tempted by Leeds. He could have half a season to review things and start to build the club up properly.

New manager, (I'd be talking to Adkins right now), serious investment, long term plan. None of these things can be delivered by Warnock - there is no long term.
