I am cautiously optimistic about our new supremo. OK, he has a mixed record, but overall he fits the required profile of a young and ambitious manager with some experience.
Let's face it, he's got to be mentally strong after overseeing that Brentford last min penalty miss/Billy Paynter breakaway goal fiasco a couple of years back.
