The hype around him is incredible though. Even at the end where Roofe nearly got a sniff, the commentator says "Wood causing all the problems" - he let the fucking ball fly over his head and had no impact on that move whatsoever.
I don't think Wood won a 50:50 header all night. He wasn't the only one though I thought we collectively poor. Roofe looks heavy legged and short of pace to me for someone who is supposed to be fast.
