Just waded my way through this and to me it seems like a strange decision. JL thought the Leeds players were out to get him, target him and get him sent off. Really ? Kiko’s supposed racist insult was loud but yet only heard by 2 Charlton players and no other players in the box for the corner. Kiko claims he said “what’s your fucking name” as in nobody knows who you are to Leko. Eddie heard the word ‘fucking’ but nothing else. There were inconsistencies between JL and the other Charlton player but these were not considered important by the FA. Kiko reckons he didn’t even know the English word ‘n***er’ Just about everyone in the world testified to Kiko not being a racist and the FA acknowledged accepted this. Lots of black footballers who have played with Kiko testified to say they could not believe Kiko would say this. Just a strange decision for me.
