I’m a bit shaken by this TBH and I am normally the optimist. I thought we were owned by hard headed knowledgable sports investors who wanted to grow the asset and sell it, not romantic by any means but it results in a bigger stadium and better team which is what we all want (and it isn’t a deal with the devil that is sports-washing, or some mad megalomaniac billionaire). I’m tired of shambolic incompetence but it seems to infect anyone that buys us. Was waiting for them to pull a masterstroke out of the hat yesterday, and then…. nothing. It looks like a year where promoted teams have a real chance to stay up, can’t believe we would waste the opportunity
