What a brilliant day ruined by a 93rd minute equaliser The hospitality suite was spot on , the beers flowed and we had talks from what were somehow named leeds legends - Dom Matteo and Matt Kilgallon, then later Sterland, John hendrie and Neil Aspin, plus Noel whelan who gave my son a birthday gift ( my lad called him a c*nt when he did the old " what's the weather like up there " to him , my lad is 6'8". So fun all round The view from the padded seats at the top of the East stand and we managed to pre order pints for half time ( and fir an hour afterwards) so my view of the game was somewhat impaired. However basically we matched a very good Bournemouth team who will be on the fringes of a European place. DCL missed a chance in the first minute and had a couple of half chances later but he looked impressive and gives us an extra edge. Everyone played well, loving gudmunsson. To concede at the end was a real sickenergut we would have settled for a point pre game I've got a busy day so no time for a proper report but suffice to say we scored from a corner and sawLongstaff with a belter Dace _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: https://mailman.gn.apc.org/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected]
