I share your disappointment at the attitude of these people but I am only
relaying what several have said to me. They wont transfer their allegiance
they just got into the habit of not going.
Dont forget there are plenty who subscribe to this list who dont go any more
- I am not judging any of them. Watching Leeds is not cheap and lets not get
into the value for money/entertainment questions.
As regards us being the vast majority, Leeds as a city has I think the 4th
largest population in the UK and apart from maybe Newcastle its a one
football club city. We are lucky to muster over 20k for a home game. We are
the minority mate but long may we continue.
Finally, whether you and I like it or not if we dont go up this time I think
the club has got to make it a priority get these fans back and more
importantly the kids. You hardly see any nippers at ER these days because of
the prices.

If we beat PNE over 2 legs then Blackwell's tactics will be proven right.
If
we dont he will unfortunately forever be criticised for handiing them a
psychological advantage. Perhaps more importantly I know plenty of stay
away
fans who were planning to go to the play-off game on Friday and changed
their mind after Sunday's performance. We need a full house on Friday and
yet again the club manage to piss off fans when they dont have to.
That sort of comment never ceases to amaze me. If the performance wasn't
good enough for them - perhaps they should fuck off and consider supporting
Chelsea or Man U?
Since when has supporting Leeds United been about the level of the
performance? Bloody good job the vast majority don't feel that way or
we'd
have had no support at all in the latter 70's/early 80's.
Unbelievable.
