We were told that the reason Krasner & his lot didn't sell to Stubbs was
because he overplayed the 'Im a leeds fan' role and that therefore entitled
him to squeeze more and more out of the deal.

In other words trying to seek special dispensation in a business deal purely
on the basis he was a Leeds fan.

The question was therefore, do/did LUST somehow thing they should be allowed
special dispensation during negotiations simply because they represent the
fans? Signing a NDA is par for the course in business negotiations.
