We were told that the reason Krasner & his lot didn't sell to Stubbs was because he overplayed the 'Im a leeds fan' role and that therefore entitled him to squeeze more and more out of the deal.
In other words trying to seek special dispensation in a business deal purely on the basis he was a Leeds fan. The question was therefore, do/did LUST somehow thing they should be allowed special dispensation during negotiations simply because they represent the fans? Signing a NDA is par for the course in business negotiations. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of John Boocock Sent: 31 May 2007 11:22 To: LEEDS LIST Subject: Re: [LU] Divine Knowledge Mark Humphries wrote: ===================== > Are they doing a Stubbs?
