I do actually - Whether it be malicious or stubbornness his investors will 
have lost a lot of money. Also the CVA was carried out according to the 
rules - he did get the 75% or whatever to gain control

Assumes, rightly or wrongly, that these interested parties can prove the 
connections - its not up to Bates to disprove, the onus would be on the 
others to prove a connection. I dont think Bates is a fool, and even is the 
innuendo is correct, I doubt it will be traceable or provable (is there such 
a word???)

Your quite possibly correct, but I would be stunned if Bates hasnt got most 
of these companies and alliances in off-shore interests that wouldnt have to 
disclose anything to British legal system, let alone a civil suit.

Yes bates has a history of Bluster and Fluff for the media, (of which I have 
fallen for on a number of ocassions) but this is crunch time - if he doesnt 
challenge, he loses everything, so I do fully expect a challenge
