I agree that Bates will not go quietly. It will be bloody, messy, and noisy.
If he is going to come up with a winning bid however, I cannot see HMRC 
accepting any funding from any offshore entity which is not fully explained 
and made transparent. I expect to see a new source of apparent  funding such 
as previously undisclosed sponsorship and so on to be trotted out. Will HMRC 
fall for more smoke and mirrors ? What answer will the FL give when 
approached by KPMGs latest attempt to leave the club in Bates' hands ?.
