Bates wouldn't be complaining about not having access to management accounts
etc would he? He has permanently had access. He knows where the ST money is
AND he knows where the Nicholls money has gone  - Redbus, Morris, Wilkinson
et al don't, so I can see why they would be asking for this information.

You think that this is an unfair request? Surely it's the same request that
we have been asking of MP's and the Football League all weekend.

What are you inferring? Are you really that evil a piece of work?
Why does everybody and everything have to have an ulterior motive?
Why can't you just accept that some of us want to do the right thing?

PS I would never use wikipedia as a source because its articles can be
edited by anyone with access to the Internet, simply by clicking the edit
this page link. Using Wikipedia as a source is just lazy research, imho.
