Tim, Look at what you did there, you said there was nothing to corroborate any of my claim then went away and found something. Now unless EVERYONE involved is lying, here are some more pieces of the jigsaw for you: -
1) Bates has made a bid 2) Bates states his bid is as before but unconditional 3) Redbus/Morris have made a bid 4) Franks states that their bid is more than Bates and unconditional 5) Pearson has made a bid 6) KPMG state there are 3 bids 2 unconditional and 1 conditional that is considerably more.
