I actually struggle to see why the FL insist on this myself. I could
understand if 'football' was treated the same as all the other creditors,
and therefore it was important that football could vote for the best
compensation for themselves, but as they get 100% of their debt, why do they
insist on the other creditors getting the best deal?

All I can think of is that by doing this they are seen to be doing the right
thing and therefore the other creditors won't complain about football being
the preferential creditor.

In reality 10% (pot - football debts) is most likely to be significantly
worse than 5% of pot.

On the one hand you give credit to Rick, on the other you slag him off.

Nice work fella..
