The quotes from the FL saying that LUAFC can start the season if the CVA is
reconstituted seem to represent more than a strong negotiating position.

They represent an unstated and unequivocal challenge to KB and KPMG that
booms a loud and clear message: "everybody knows it's a bloody shambles but
you guys made it a shambles, not us."

Once again we must understand that we have two entities claiming to be the
real Leeds United:

LUAFC - got the GS and the players registrations (until they time out?) but
no money
LUFC 2007 got the ground lease and the brass (allegedly) but no GS and no
players

As we stand (or sit) the FL could stick to their guns and insist on a
reconstituted CVA as the only exit strategy.

Now who would object to the reconstitution of a CVA?

Astor, Krato, FSF, Yorkshire Radio, Ken Bates, Mark Taylor et al.

Who is unlikely to object to the CVA being resurrected?

HMRC
other creditors apart from those above

In the meantime KPMG and Richard Fleming appear to be whistling Dixie and
congratulating themselves on their Pontius Pilate exit strategy.

But presumably LUAFC Ltd still currently remains in Administration, with
KPMG in control because they have failed to administer key residual assets
of the company, i.e. the golden share and the player registrations. These
are valuable assets and effectively belong to the old company until it is
finally dissolved.

Perhaps KPMG could persuade their erstwhile compadres to get the bountiful
coffers of Astor, Krato and FSF to cough up a few million to purchase these
assets and resolve the situation?

I'll bet you a pound to a pinch of shit and you can hold the stakes, if the
"written-off" debts don't come winging cheerfully up Elland Road and wrap
themselves all over LUFC 2007 like old friends, if the new company ever gets
to be the FL member known as Leeds Utd.

KPMG - you are an absolute joke.
