Did the non CVA winning bid include extra cash to creditors on promotion to
the championship as well as the prem?

If so the FL may have just cost the creditors some dosh, and have severely
compromised the prem cash.

It is a totally inappropriate penalty in my view, what the FL are saying is
that any team who go into admin and due to exceptional circumstances cannot
go through a CVA (for instance the HMRC appealing regardless of the cash
they are offered), then that team gets a 25pt deduction.

Someone remind me, how many points were west ham deducted for fielding an
illegible player, one that scored crucial goals to keep them up?

I know that was prem league and this is football league, but still..
