It, by definition, is exceptional, 1st time out of 41.  

It would require manoeuvrings beyond even Kenneth to duplicate this scenario
so I don't think it will happen again in the near future, as a consequence I
don't even think the additional 15pt deduction serves as a deterrent.

LUFC (and more importantly us fans) have suffered enough with the anguish,
missing out on players and totally fucked up preparations for the new
season.  No other club in their right minds would choose NOT to do a CVA
when not doing so means the buyer actually pays MORE.
