It, by definition, is exceptional, 1st time out of 41. It would require manoeuvrings beyond even Kenneth to duplicate this scenario so I don't think it will happen again in the near future, as a consequence I don't even think the additional 15pt deduction serves as a deterrent. LUFC (and more importantly us fans) have suffered enough with the anguish, missing out on players and totally fucked up preparations for the new season.
