Paul, can you and Nigel please get together and decide once and for all
where you stand on the HMRC challenge.

It seems to be the common perception, and Betty has read the appeal
documents, that the HMRC challenge was based on preferential status and NOT
the voting rights of other creditors.  And that they will have challenged
ANY cva won by ANY bidder.

You seem to be agreeing with Betty below.

Nigel doesn't seem to have grasped that concept yet.

Nigel, I think the general problem people now have with Bates is that he
chose to go into admin knowing (or should have known) that HMRC would
challenge the cva regardless.
