Don't be Steve, these South of the river underlings were very bitter generally. Not posh enough to come from North of the River or common enough to be classed as South Yorkshire, there was really nowhere for them to go in society. You could tell we were much classier as we didn't have anything so demeaning as fair's ... oh no, we had fete's ;-) The collapse of the Labour party into Tory light took away from them their South Yorkshire comrades and left them with no alternative but to moan how the beer's not what it used to be, music these days is nobbut shite and how no-one understands them and that you couldn't beat wandering through t'streets of Swinner wi nowt on us feet but torn socks on brokken glass ... eeeee and he were a reet baker were our dad! ;-)
