I have a bunch of memories of that place too - mostly about how flippin'
cold it is there for some reason!

One other sticks in my mind too - long lines of Leeds fans queuing in
the car park - well the black cinder type stuff where the coaches parked
and which also contained the turnstiles for away supporters - and the
police searching every fan as they went in, this consisted of a pat down
and a check of any suspicious items felt in the pockets - the line I was
on at the time had a rather pretty young female officer and many of the
lads (me included) kept going to the back of the line to fly an "around
again" pattern - she knew what was going on, but was a good sport about
it and it made for good relations on that day with the rozzers. Her male
colleagues thought it funny to as their lines had hardly anyone in them,
yet her was a queue of 200+ guys patiently waiting their turn! :-)
