You are a difficult bugger, I was hoping you wouldn't notice and I'd got away with it :-) It's hard to put my finger on just what I think is different because there were times when I thought you were too hard on him last season but I think perhaps I was prepared to overlook some of his shiteness because of his good qualities - the passion, work rate etc. This season the work rate has not been as much in evidence so the bad points are more noticable and I also think he suffers in comparison with Hughes and Prutton. Hughes works extremely hard and is a much better footballer IMO and Prutton also has more ability I think, so I think the team will perform better without Douglas.
