Terry, 

I would agree with you - last season the one thing
about Douglas was his work rate - this was high and I
was expecting this to be a major factor in this league
but from what I've seen so far this season this has
been absent and he has been shown up by so called
lesser players - Hughes for one. Maybe he's ready for
a move - who would want him though ? 

Mind you, he is an international !
