Thanks for that. I'd be very interested to know more about your sources for this. Any idea what the "standard" grounds for the appeal to the courts are, as this appears to be a policy/standard move on the partof HMRC according to your sources. It also differs from information given to MPs this summer so this is important stuff. Offlist if necessary.
