I was off work yesterday and came in to loads of messages and whilst
reading them fired off this question - which I now see has been answered
by a few people - forgive me please and ignore this question

Cheers

Subject: Re: [LU] Luton and HMRC (was The Blackwell of Calculta)

Can someone straighten something out for me then?

Luton have gone into administration, OK I got that bit....

Luton have had 10 Points deducted - That one's easy too...

So have Luton got "The Golden Share" which we needed to come out of
administration to get, but couldn't get an agreed CVA and so came out of
administration without it simply to get this "Golden Share", and because
of this we got the 15 point deduction.

So have Luton still got the share? If so, why did we lose ours and they
haven't? and all such similar questions about how they can still play in
the league etc.....

A very puzzled

Steve
