I was as appalled as (I hope) most listers at the garbage that showed up on the list over the weekend, but could someone please explain to me what the legal threat to the list as a whole is? (Here in the States, we have the 1st Amendment, so speaking your mind, no matter how obnoxious your words, is legally protected. I understand that it's not quite the same in the UK, but a little explanation would help.) Cheers! Sean
