Is a bit weird. Ok the theory is sound, lots of people do it - but that's usually so MU & Arsenal etc. can loan players out until they sort work permits out.
In our case we're taking players from a (currently) higher up club than us - so, unless they're EU, they won't get a work permit, unless they're current internationals. And if they're current internationals - what will they be doing in Div 3????? I don't think non EU U-21s count.
