Don't be surprised if the FL review their 'rules' and decide that given the current climate (of HMRC blocking all CVAs), in their members interests they will not be applying a points penalty for not exiting a CVA. All these rules about insolvency are there for two reasons, one so football gets all the money owed regardless of what the other creditors get, and two a transparent PR spin Alistair Campbell would be proud of to show how caring and sharing it was wrt all those poor unsecured creditors. If the latter was really the case, when looking at our exit from CVA they should have given us an extra 15 points cos by doing so we gave the unsecured creditors lots more cash than via the original CVA. I think the FL were too busy trying to stitch up Bates to work this out. _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
