sorry if I misunderstood. Delph is a talent and as such would come cheaper compared to a proven world class class. so there would be a higher risk in buying him, hence the cheaper price.
I think we at least need to go up this season in order to be able to keep guys like him. it bugs me that man city dropped like we did but went straight up we cant..
