allrighty, they won the two first times. I suggest that competition was in its infancy and it was A LOT easier
to win than today.

I personally take my hat off to a nation that with just 3 million inhabitants has managed to win the World Cup twice and the Copa America more than any other competing nation and, although it has now falllen on hard times, still produces decent youth sides and classifies for the World Cup more often than not.
