Ah well....
Just as things were starting to look up for the Gillen household - my wife
has finally managed to find another job after being out of work since early
July - I have today been made redundant from the job I have held for the
past 10 years
{Sean - I would be grateful if, in your case, you would handle that
information with discretion as you are a customer of that company and I
would not wish to compromise them or cause them in any way to alter the
payout I am yet to receive from them - if you would be so kind? I don't see
the company as having a problem in any way, it's just a re-organisation
which unfortunately leaves my department and position non existent}
So at 53 years old, like Gus Poyet, I find myself in the hunt for gainful
employment again - and what a good time to be doing it too!
Never mind - I'm sure I shall come out of this OK
Just thought I'd share it with you guys as I needed to let it out of my
system so to speak
