My other half works in ticketing (for a well known international company) and is constantly amazed at how poor Leeds's ticketing arrangements are. She reckons that it would be very easy to organise priority ticketing like you mention. Without wanting to be critical of the staff in the ticket office (who I always find helpful), I agree with her and you that the ticketing process at the club could be run much better. I keep asking our lass to apply for a job at the Leeds ticket office to implement all the changes she suggests, but I haven't managed to convince her yet.
