Most of you won't have hard of John Martyn, but his albums from the
70s were absolute gems, and he recorded the "other" Live at Leeds
disc in 1975 - yes, it was a storming gig, with Paul Kossoff coming
on at the end.
Only 60, he had bugger all to do with LU, and he could be an
irascible, drunk sod. But the magic of those albums are enough to
keep his memory alive.
