Don't like the idea....it would slow the game down and frequently we would end up watching mind numbing football as the team with the advantage passes it around trying to break down the team defending from it's goal mouth trenches. I'm an advocate of longer suspensions. For instance throwing an elbow, fist or kicking...suspend the bastard for 2 months without pay. That'll put an end to all this malarkey.
