I really cannot see any premier league club wanting to buy Beckford, nor most likely any top championship club. Why? Because his goals to chances ratio is pretty crap for those levels.
Even in recent matches when he has been scoring, how many chances has he missed? Granted it may be his own pace/skill/savvy that gets him those opportunities but I can still see this being an issue for top scouts. Thank god.
