the useless t...@ts were unable to find the culprits who nicked my car
stereo in 2002 or the scum who broke into my house in 2007.

The fine would be a Band A fine (as the speed was between 31 and 40
mph) and the starting point is 50% of weekly income but has a
variation range of between 25% to 75% of weekly income depending
upon circumstances, mitigation, etc.

Does anyone know the cost of a fixed penalty fine? Just had a
letter telling me I was a very naughty lad, doing 35mph in a 30mph
zone on a backwater B road in Wales, but it doesn't say how much,
it does however have a copy in welsh, which is thoughful.
