Ever since "Monster Monster" whatever his twatting name is (Don't care really) I've hated this breed of conniving, self serving, greedy, manipulative, arrogant tosspot of a human being. Worse than any MP, property developer or banker. I honestly think this has all kicked off since the start of the season when any contract negotiations were ongoing and Beckford's agent has gone all greedy (he'll be on a % of whatever he 'wins' JB). Grayson sums it up slightly more tactically than I would in an quote on the Beeb website -

Agents do pay a big part in determining players' futures and sometimes players are too easily influenced by their agents and advisors." and now, the way I read it, The Barcodes have thrown a derisory offer in, Leeds have said "Bugger Off, it's worth more to us if he stays and goes on a freebie but gets us up" and the transfer request is a panic button move from the slimy little toad advising Beckford.
