The usual suspects giving him stick because he didn't run round like a headless chicken but no real booing and a magnificent rendering of "scored a fucking great goal in a Scum shithole" for which he gave us a clap. My favourite though was "Beckford is Leeds, his agent's a cunt" Today's game was just like last week's except that we played like the Scum and they played like us. Fortunately we did manage a goal though which earned us a hard fought draw. They bullied us all over the park but particularly in mid-field, winning most of the 50-50 challenges, most of the second balls and most of the headers. Some of our passing was also woeful, even when it was a short pass. We gave the ball away far too easily and didn't provide much service for the strikers. The way the game went it was more a point gained than two dropped and the sooner we get to Spurs and are dumped out of the Cup the better it will be. Still, unbeaten at home for twelve months, top of the League and looking good.
