Matt
You make my case better than I can:
... how many games we have played
... They were clearly knackered towards the end
... The effort of that game was double anything we get in the league
... you could forgive them for being jaded on Tuesday
(AAAAAaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
... Naylor is injured and the others all picked up cards
... we will have suspensions.
How is all this supposed to NOT affect our league results???
Lose the game against Spurs, _*please*_.

I know the obvious thing is to look to strength the squad but the addition
of some fresh new decent talent could serve us very well. It hadn't
occurred to me till the commentator mentioned it how many games we have
played. They were clearly knackered towards the end where as you could see
spurs were fitter but not better! The effort of that game was double
anything we get in the league, you could forgive them for being jaded on
Tuesday.
I'm no tactician and I bow to everyone else on these things but wasn't
Grella the ideal sub not Becchio for the last 10 mins??
We could do with a couple of fresh bodies particularly as Naylor is injured
and the others all picked up cards, we will have suspensions.
Also I now concede the JPT. We don't need it

It's not just Swindon. It's every game til we get knocked out. Our form
since the cup excitement started has been mediocre at best. Mediocre for
a significant patch of the season can mean we get overtaken by both
Norwich and Charlton. Play-offs are a certainty as a minimum, BUT, I
just don't fancy our chances in play-offs. We rarely seem to get it right.
Adrian had it right. If we don't get promoted this season, this will be
a major failure (given our excellent fist half of the season). We MUST
get promoted.

Nah, I would swap both this and the ManU win for an increased
probability of promotion.
Don't get me wrong, I loved the ManU game and I am loving this game as
well. BUT, this cup run reduces our chance of promotion, and for that I
am not happy. I just think promotion is top priority bar nothing.

This is what football is about. Small moments of glory amongst vast

The sooner you work that out, the more you enjoy these small moments
of glory. The last time we did anything like this was when we punched
above our weight in the champions league.
Give me today over being fucking Burnley, Bolton, Wigan or Hull any
day of the week.
We Are Leeds!

So, more glory, another game against top opposition, more money.....

We seem to be up for the cup games and not for the league matches.
Would be happier had we lost gracefully.
