Not having a "pop" at them at all Matt - just pointing out that the average spend per MP is an awful lot higher than the £2K per year mentioned by Richard (actually averaging somewhere around £132K per MP)

Yes £1.1 million is the figure but that is ONLY the amount ordered to be paid back, not the total expenses claimed which is a far higher figure as the vast majority of them were deemed to be legitimate and correct.
