They wont fold or go into admin. It will be close. If you were the current owner would you put the club into admin and lose £20m. (unless you could buy it back debt free which is unlikely in this case) or pump a few more quid in and sell maybe for a smaller loss.
Plus the premier league wont let it happen. Its not good for the global brand. Portsmouth will be relegated then no one will care what happens to them but a premier league club wont go bust!
