Southend have had a stay of execution, and given the amount owed to HMRC -
under £200,000 - they're probably see off the winding up order when the next
hearing takes place in April. But... If they do go out of business, I'm
assuming their games would be null and void. Given that Norwich, Charlton
and Colchester have all taken 6 points of them this season - to our one - it
would be a filip to our relative tally, even if we won the home game against
them scheduled for the week before their next court appearance. (Not that
I'd wish to see any club in liquidation... well, except one, perhaps).
