If they did go out of business, there results woyuld all disappear, much the same way Chester's have. But its not going to happen.
Though HMRC are getting tougher http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/gordonfarquhar/2010/03/chester_city_gone_in_30_second.html and seem a bit peed off with Southend, its more likely that they'll go into Administration, especially as they are in relegation zone anyway and i very much doubt the FL would want them being liquidated in April with the resulting impact on the table - so they'll probably 'help' them survive to the end of the season if it came to it.
