I think what we need to look at is the fixtures for the 3rd-6th teams, all of
whom at the moment are at least 5pts+GD (so effectively 6) behind us.

Charlton (H) Gillingham, Carlisle, Colchester, Norwich, Leeds (3 of the top 5)
Charlton (A) Huddersfield, MK Dons, Southampton, Exeter, Oldham (7th, 8th and
Soton)

Millwall (H) Stockport, Brentford, Gillingham, Orient, Swindon (you'd have to
fancy them to win the first four)
Millwall (A) Leeds, Colchester, Yeovil, Huddersfield, Tranmere (not so easy)

Colchester (H) Brentford, Wycombe, Millwall, Swindon, Tranmere, Orient (2
tricky ones)
Colchester (A) Walsall, Exeter, Charlton, Hartlepool, Huddersfield (not easy
either)

Swindon (H) Norwich, Tranmere, Walsall, Brentford and Exeter (not bad)
Swindon (A) Leeds, Millwall, Colchester, Southampton, Wycombe and Hartlepool
(ouch)

30 points available there.
1) The Millwall Charlton and Swindon games are pivotal. Beat them and they're
really unlikely to catch us. Lose and they might well do. Draws might be OK.
2) I can't see any of the top 4 getting more than 20 points out of that lot (23
for the two teams that have 11 games left), especially as they play each other
and/or Norwich four times (and three of them play Hudds away).

That effectively means we'd need 15 points to go up.

Bristol Rovers, Southend and MK Dons at home
Gillingham and Yeovil away

Given that Millwall and Swindon are at home .... I'm optimistic. I think as
long as we don't lose 2 of the 3 games I mentioned above ... we should be OK.
But....
