That's good to hear. What was your take on Beckford? Michael -----Original Message-----

I think if we can keep that work rate up and keep Becchio out of the team we might still have a chance.. ----- Original Message ---- From: Dr Michael Benjamin <[email protected]> To: Peter Cass <[email protected]> Cc: Paul McGowan <[email protected]>; [email protected] Sent: Sun, 28 March, 2010 5:35:25 Subject: Re: [LU] A pathetic attempt at a sense of perspective Paul Try reading a letter twice before answering. I did not state that Bates is the reason for our demise. He epitomises it. He may have prevented total wipe out. He did not precipitate it or even sow the seeds.I don't think a debate about Bates as such is opportune right now or even useful. We have no control over the matter. I said that the decision making on Beckford was a mistake. The decision making was in the hands of Bates. Not yours. Not mine. And it should not have been Grayson's. It turned out to be the wrong decision. In my world you pay when you make bad decisions. What happens in yours? I wonder what happens, if at all in Bates's? How comes you know so much about medication? I do through prescribing and you through what exactly?
