You are, as always of course, factually correct in that previous results
have no effect of future results - IF we were dealing with inanimate or
robotic players (Greagan for instance).  However the beauty of football is
that it depends on so much more and of course football is played 10% with
yer feet and 90% inside yer head, so previous events can play a real part in
how a player(s) approach a game.

Of course as our part in the universe is entirely predetermined and noone of
us have any freewill whatsoever there is nothoing we can do about it anyway,
ever.

Going 4th at this time is the best thing that could happen to us as it will
(hopefully) change the players perdepctions and mind set as chasers rather
than leaders.
