You are, as always of course, factually correct in that previous results have no effect of future results - IF we were dealing with inanimate or robotic players (Greagan for instance). However the beauty of football is that it depends on so much more and of course football is played 10% with yer feet and 90% inside yer head, so previous events can play a real part in how a player(s) approach a game. Of course as our part in the universe is entirely predetermined and noone of us have any freewill whatsoever there is nothoing we can do about it anyway, ever.
