Nobody should have a go at you for this. IMHO it is a fairly accurate report.
As I am half Polish then I'd like you to confirm that if, in future, I refer to
our chairman as bloody Bates then you will be fully supportive that I am
entitled to use such terms of reference and that it deserves a round of
applause.
I speak as a bloody Pole and I use the ignorant old gits own terms of reference.
Having been attacked by him via his libel lawyers once previously then I invite
him to bring it on again.
Where do you stand on this ?
