THE GREEN LEFT WEEKLY McDEBATE IS THIS FRIDAY @ Brunswick Town Hall!
         Featuring ROD QUANTOCK & FRIENDS
This light hearted debate will tackle the key issue of our time...

"THAT McDONALDS SHOULD RUN THE WORLD BANK"

@ Brunswick Town Hall, crn Sydney Rd & Glenlyon.
         AUGUST 11, FRIDAY. 6:30pm. Ph (03) 9639 8622

Would the leadership of McDonalds help screw the Third World even faster?
Would Hungry Jacks do it better? Would "structural adjustment" work better
with fries? The answer to these questions and others will probably not be
revealed on this night, which does however promise to be a fun and
entertaining break, just a few weeks before the September 11 protests
against the World Economic Forum.

ENTERTAINMENT from The Melbourne Workers' Theatre Rapid Response Team LIVE
MUSIC & CHEAP YUMMY DINNER available. The event is also fully licensed.
