Dit is een bekend probleem (sinds 2008, maar sinds kort is support erachter gekomen waar dit aan ligt):
Summary 0002039: Index View - Delayed update when married and Alternate names included Description Index View - Delayed update when married and Alternate names included Steps To Reproduce 1. Use Sample file 2. Select Index View 3. Options Button, select Include married names. 4. Scroll down to display the list for McGee, Cora and Poole Nora 5. CTRL N to add a new person 6. Given Names Test New 7. Surname "Name" 8. Save BUG1: The list will jump to the top of the list (Anna C) 9. Use the scroll bar to Scroll down to McGee, Cora BUG2: Name, Test New does not appear in the list. 10. Click on RIN or Given Names to change sort order, then on surname to change back to surname sort. Now Name, Test New appears and the new person is selected. 11. Right Click and select delete. 12. Confirm deletion 13. List is now on Poole, Nora at the top of the screen. 14. Use arrow keys to scroll down a few names. 15. Use arrow key to try scrolling above Poole, Nora BUG3: The list is stuck on Poole, Nora NOTE: I could not duplicate this reliably but one time by using the scroll bar and mouse to drag the list into a new position I saw a blank line above Poole, Nora where Name, Test New was before the deletion. In other tests dragging the scroll bar would just "stick" the name on someone else above or below Poole, Nora. 16. Options, de-select include married names. 17. position list where Pole, Nora is visible 18. CTRL-N and add Test New Name again. 19. Now the name appears in the list immediately. 20. Delete the person and try scrolling the list. It works as it should. 21. Repeat above steps with alternate names turned on and the same problems will occur. Deze bug heeft nu prioriteit High gekregen omdat veel gebruikers dit probleem hebben gemeld. Evert PS mocht het niet snel gerepareerd worden dan heeft het zeker zin om dit probleem nogmaals te melden bij support.
