What I really wanted to know was whether we, as owners of their manual machines, had been orphaned and could not look to Legacy for support in the form of replacement parts and accessories. What I was told was that as a result of the 2007 recession, a number of Legacy's suppliers had gone out of business. That was the reason I could not get replacement casters. I was also told that their supplier for the custom aluminum extrusions had gone out of business, which was the reason that they were no longer making manual machines.
