I’m sorry that I have not been following this thread very much other than to
know that the basic problem is to find a non-aerosol product that can be
shipped of the States.    So, that said, let me offer my two cents worth and
hope that I have something new.
I suspect that Dyna Glide is just a dry film lubricant in an aerosol can. The
Google breakdown on dry film lubricant products shows them to be a dry
lubricating material such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), PTFE , Teflon, or
Graphite that is in a carrier/binder which I will call a paint.
But, I don’t have any idea what the Dyna Glide formulation uses.
The lubricant is mixed into a paint which acts as a carrier for application
that dries to the surface to be lubricated and holds the dry film lubricant in
place.    It appears to be the requirement to be painted on that drives these
products to be sold in aerosol cans, because the very thin uniform coatings
that are desirable should be sprayed on.
I did find two products that were sold in quart or gallon sizes, obviously not
aerosols. The SLIP Company sells a graphite dry film which they  list as brush
on, but it may have two problems.    It is flammable, and I have no idea if the
graphite will be bound tightly enough so as not to be messy in the shop.   We
all remember the little squeeze bottles of graphite lube for speedometer
cables, and what a mess that is.     The McLube Company sells the molly dry
film lube (MoS2) in gallon cans, and it is in a water based formulation.    I
suspect that this may be a best bet if the price is not too high.
There was one silicone dry lube in a pump spray, but the silicone causes
finishing problems and is best kept out of the shop.    Better check that
Endust for silicone.

Hello Everyone.
I just got done in the shop, the Endust idea was tried, Although it is
half of the price of Dyna-Glide and smells nice, I am sorry to say it
is a far cry form replacing Dyna-Glide as a lubricant on the Legacy.
It just did not do a very good job comparatively.
But thanks for the idea, My Wife likes the Endust. So it wasnt a total
loss. ;-)
